Participants Would leave with a TRY, SWAP, CHANGE planner, a sheet to help you try something new, swap old eating patterns for better ones and change your lifestyle for good. this sheet will be reviewed on next lunch club with a food or non-food reward for the winner(it’s always a good idea to keep an eye on your progress, you need to be accountable for you!)so it’s important to take it seriously
celebrating healthy food and all the amazing ways we can eat and live healthily without getting bored and a sustainable lifestyle change is the goal.
